Campaigns fight for North Carolina in surprisingly close race
Early voters in North Carolina wait in lines for hours. Republicans in North Carolina say such a close race is unprecedented.Latest CNN poll shows a dead heat between the two candidates.Rapid population growth adding to uncertainty.Extremely close in North Carolina is extremely rare in a presidential race. "Unprecedented" is the word local Republicans use to describe one of the reasons it is so close. The worst thing anyone can do is take anything for granted.I think everything is close this year. All the norms are out the window. This isn't where you can predict some of the things that you have in the past, and I think that is true all across the country, not just here in North Carolina.

After Obama leaves office, Hillary will stand no chance of becoming president.
In eight years Hillary will be 68 years old. Nobody around that age wants to be president. Oh wait, I forgot about McCain.
Enough about Hillary’s chances for being president. I’ve already written about those (see my previous blog entries).
I predict on Election Day 2008, there will be riots. On and after November 4th, 2008 there will be rioting in America no matter who wins. Hell they might even riot in Europe if Obama loses.
